Reports To

Manager, Renewals Team 

Job Summary

The role of this summer intern is to take on projects the are necessary within the Renewals team but are not currently a huge focus, as these tasks are related to already closed won opportunities from previous months and therefore do not contribute to revenue and quota for current and upcoming months.

Requirements

• Canceled Customers List
  • Contact and conduct questionnaire with customers who notified the accounts receivable team that they’d like to cancel services
• Bounced Email List
  • Find updated contacts information for all bounced emails on list received monthly from the accounts receivable team
• Invoice Questions
  • Help respond to questions about invoices received from accounts receivable team

Location

• US Remote

The targeted US salary range for roles at this operating level is $25/hr. This range represents base salary and does not reflect equity, benefits or variable pay where applicable. Actual base salaries are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications and specific work location.
