We are currently seeking a Staff Supply Chain Program Manager.  The purpose of this role is to provide project coordination and utilize data and strong analytical skills to identify, develop and deploy improvement projects across the Supply Chain organization.

You Will:

  • Support project initiatives across all Supply Chain functions providing analysis, coordination, and implementation; formal reporting and recommendations. 
  • Support program management activities involving continuous and ongoing stakeholder engagement, KPI management, continuous improvement, design, and implementation of scalable and efficient processes, developing roadmaps, executing to roadmaps, and providing critical inputs to process automation.
  • Develop required process documentation for business process implementation and rollout.
  • Establish appropriate KPIs to measure process performance and identifying process improvement opportunities.
  • Develop business cases, build cross functional consensus, and present to leadership proposals for projects with recommended implementation plans.
  • Support implementation of technology solutions and process automation to improve tooling asset visibility, enhance controls and improve process efficiency.
  • Develop and implement a structured methodology for new Supply Chain programs.
  • Collaborate closely between Suppliers and Purchasing Global Supply Managers to provide visibility of current tool status, location, condition, and available capacity.
  • Play a strong role in implementation of approved projects.
  • You Bring:

  • 8+ years of related experience with Bachelor’s degree in technical, supply chain, business, or finance discipline; or Masters degree with 6 years experience; or PhD with 3 years experience
  • Work experience in a preferably automotive supply chain role significantly involved with program management.
  • Excellent analytical, and problem-solving skills. Passion for results, strategy, and sense of ownership that leads to effective hand-on execution.
  • Energy and pro-activity to take ownership of issues and make a difference.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a team-first mindset that creates a vibrant, cohesive environment to help identify opportunities, resolve problems, develop best practices and deliver optimal results.
  • Strong written and verbal skills as well as organizational and program management capabilities
  • Proficient in Excel, Project, Power Point, Word, ERP systems (SAP or equivalent), Tableau, Smartsheets
  • Flexibility in work schedule is required (to include evenings and weekends, as needed)
