Lucid Motors is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Staff Recruiter for Executive Recruitment to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the executive recruitment process, attracting top-tier talent, and ensuring the successful placement of key executives within the organization. As a Senior Staff Recruiter, you will play a critical role in driving Lucid Motors' growth and shaping its leadership team.

This opportunity is onsite in Newark, California in a hybrid schedule.

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.

· California (Bay Area) - $131,000 to $187,000 on an annual basis

Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)

You Will:

Lead the end-to-end executive recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, for a variety of senior-level positions within Lucid Motors.

Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their executive talent needs, develop position profiles, and define candidate requirements.

Utilize various sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-caliber executive candidates, including direct sourcing, networking, and leveraging industry connections.

Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, including interviews, reference checks, and background checks, to evaluate a candidate's fit for executive-level positions.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified executive talent to support current and future hiring needs.

Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to ensure a diverse and inclusive executive leadership team.

Partner with internal stakeholders, such as legal and finance, to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.

Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor insights, and best practices in executive recruitment to continuously improve the hiring process and drive innovation.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters and hiring managers on executive recruitment best practices.

Lead Lucid Motor's proactive market mapping program

You bring

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

Demonstrable track record in executive recruitment, with a focus on senior-level positions.

Proven track record of successfully placing executives in a competitive market.

Strong knowledge of executive search methodologies, candidate assessment techniques, and sourcing strategies.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.

Strategic mindset and the ability to think creatively and proactively to address recruitment challenges.

Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

Familiarity with the automotive industry or high-tech sector is highly desirable.

Professional certifications in executive recruitment or human resources are a plus.
