Key Responsibilities

Sales Data & Analytics: Analyze sales data, develop key performance indicators (KPIs), and create dashboards to track trends, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.
Process Optimization & Automation: Identify opportunities to automate tasks, improve workflows, and enhance sales process efficiency. Support sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance reporting.
CRM Management: Maintain and optimize CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date sales records.
Sales Process & Compliance: Document, monitor, and refine sales processes to ensure they function as intended. Support compliance with ISO9001 and other relevant certifications.
Training & Enablement: Assist in onboarding and training for sales teams in EMEA, helping identify skill gaps and developing resources to support growth.
Sales Operations Support: Act as a key point of contact for sales operations-related topics, providing guidance on processes, tools, and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in business, economics, data analytics, sales, marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales operations, analytics, or a related field—preferably in the energy or technology industry (experience in energy storage is a plus).
Experience with analytical and data visualization tools, such as Salesforce, Incorta, Power BI, or similar platforms. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Strong commercial acumen with experience in sales forecasting and reporting.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
