The Project Scheduler will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules for capital construction projects, and equipment installs in AZ. The Project Scheduler will work closely with Construction and Equipment Project managers, Operations Engineering, Manufacturing Project Management, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the accurate tracking of timelines, milestones, and project completion. The Scheduler also leads the development and execution of the schedule management process. This will consist of the update/forecasting process and the change management process. Responsibilities also include forensic analysis to determine schedule quality and developing schedule risk assessments. When needed, the individual assists the project managers in assessing the job schedule progress. The Scheduler also reviews the contractor change order to determine entitlement and impact evaluation and recommends fair settlements to the project manager.
This position will be full-time onsite in Casa Grande, AZ.

You Will:
Create, modify, and maintain schedules, working with internal and external team membersAnalyze project schedules for accuracy and general logic, deep-dive reviews with project teamsUse of Critical Path Method (CPM) evaluation and analysis to develop and evaluate schedule performance.Incorporation of the program WBS structure to ensure the program master schedule is integrated with the program scope/design and cost control systems.Develop and incorporate a resource-loading strategy for the program master scheduleProduces what-if scenarios, project risk analysis, manpower histograms, percent complete and pure logic diagram reports, and other scheduling reports as needed by the project manager.Report out schedule updates to project executivesEnsure the project management team is providing updated schedules and integrating all changes into the master scheduleGain holistic knowledge of project/ program requirements and implement any feedback on timing to better optimize project timeframes Work with program management to integrate schedules across multiple teamsCoordinate and effectively run meetings to define logic and rectify any discrepancies with schedulesProvides oversight, support, and coaching to schedulers and other stakeholders in maintaining and updating project schedulesManage schedule document control and distributionWork with finance and purchasing teams to develop cash flow analysisImplement and monitor the execution of site installation plansYou Bring:
Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or Construction Management (or related field) requiredMinimum of 5 years in project scheduling on capital projects in a project controls role,Experience in the automotive or construction industry is a mustMust be detail-oriented and well-organizedAbility to influence outcomes and drive initiatives in complex environments.Possesses strong presentation skills and communicates clearly and professionally at various levels both inside and outside the companyWorking knowledge of Oracle Primavera P6, version 17.7 or laterAble to create and maintain production control tracking and visual management tracking toolsAbility to effectively request, receive, evaluate, input, and report project status from and to various project stakeholders.Familiarity with CPM and Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) fundamentals, ability to develop resource loaded schedule is preferred.Proficiency in project-earned value applications and assessmentFamiliarity with construction production rates for primary commodities in large industrial buildings, including, but not limited to, demolition, excavation, steel construction, formwork, concrete placement, underground utilities, and industrial MEP system fit-up.Proficiency in standard PC software and hardware, planning and scheduling softwareProficiency in construction logic and sequencingResource Loading and Level ExperienceAccuracy and attention to detailContinuous improvement and best practice leadershipWillingness to travel up to 20% of the time
