As the Sr. Program Manager, Internal Communications you will lead efforts including content creation, knowledge base management, and internal communications for our rapidly growing sales organization. In this role, you’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to create clear, concise, and easily searchable articles and guides to answer various questions.
The ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches their work with vigor and determination. Candidates are expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, possess the ability to learn quickly and thrive within a fast-paced environment. The Role
Create and edit content (FAQs & talking points) to develop a thorough knowledge base by leveraging subject matter experts throughout the organizationDesign, develop, and manage Lucid’s knowledge base and content calendarPartner with teams including, but not limited to: Product, Marketing, Design, Manufacturing and Engineering teams to develop customer-facing communications that aligns with new products, features, new business processes, and moreCreate and manage dynamic distribution lists and other internal communication channels to enable rapid dissemination of informationProactively develop standards, processes, and best practices for rapid content creation and communicationsGather, analyze, report, and implement improvements to communications channels and related resources based on performance data and feedbackEnsure all communications are on-brand, consistent, high quality, and are optimized for clarity/user experienceInteract and work closely with Senior Leadership to determine specific messaging needs to align communication goals with department objectivesQualifications
5+ years of experience in content and communication strategy with experience in automotive preferredExperience using analytics to determine communication and content management effectivenessExperience administering and managing a content management system / knowledge baseExceptional writing skills and meticulous attention to detailAbility to rapidly master new technologies, methodologies, and subject matter, in order to transfer this expertise in a digestible wayExtreme ownership of communications and content to support end users at all stages of the employee journeyComfort navigating ambiguity, and an ability to create in an undefined, unestablished environment
