We are currently seeking a Senior Program Manager, EHS Systems to support Lucid’s growing manufacturing facilities; this role will report to the Director of Environmental, Health, and Safety for Manufacturing.

You Will:

  • Support day-to-day EH&S operations in a fast paced, cross functional and highly collaborative manufacturing environment.
  • Assist with the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of EHS Management System elements pertaining to all manufacturing operations.
  • Serve as the project leader for Lucid’s EHS Management Systems to ensure continual conformance to ISO 140001 & ISO 45001 standards.
  • Provide governance for EHS information systems, EHS business processes and data integrity.
  • Provide technical support on critical business needs, by effectively collaborating with users to solve technical issues, and author technical specification documents.
  • Architect solutions to integrate EHS systems with existing Cloud infrastructure, manage deployments and system maintenance.
  • Work closely with third-party vendors including software providers and consultants to implement new solutions.
  • Create and execute EHS project plans, developing functional requirement documents, process flows, gap analysis, testing scenarios, managing QA/UAT, and managing tasks.
  • Enable informed decision making by developing EHS performance metrics reports – Business Intelligent (BI) reports, EHS report cards, and EHS KPIs dashboard tools.
  • Understand numerous, interrelated EHS processes and tools.
  • Continuously drive improvements and automation to increase quality, improve employee experience, and enable rapid scaling.
  • Ensure data accuracy and process integrity.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders (such as Finance, IT, business functions, and external service providers).
  • You Bring:

  • BS or MS in environmental, health, safety or relevant scientific or engineering field.
  • 5+ years’ experience in an EHS programs, operations, or engineering function.
  • 3+ years’ experience managing EHS policies, standards, programs, or procedures.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, including the ability to manage effectively numerous concurrent projects and tasks in a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communications.
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and improve operational processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements.
  • Demonstrated successful delivery of results through influence and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience prioritizing and managing multiple & technically complex assignments concurrently.
  • Organized, analytical, detail-oriented, problem-solver, project management skills and focus on results.
  • Experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and diverse environment.

  • Preferred Qualification:
  • Advanced membership, registration and/or certification for OHSAS18001, ISO14001, ISO 45001, ISO9001 or similar accredited EHS management systems.
  • EHS professional membership, registration and/or certification from an accredited organization in one or more of the following areas: safety engineering or management, occupational health or industrial hygiene, hazardous materials management, or environmental engineering or management.
  • Advanced membership, registration and/or certification for OHSAS18001, ISO14001, ISO 45001, ISO9001 or similar accredited EHS management systems.
