The Sr. Parts Advisor is responsible for the spare parts business within the service center and ensures maximum external and internal customer satisfaction. This position acts as the primary supplier of spare parts. The Parts Advisor is an essential part of our customer service. Applicants are expected to excel in their respective roles, have the ability to learn quickly and strive for excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Communicates, enforces, and monitors effective parts department processesPromotes and merchandises parts and accessories according to Lucid guidelinesMaintains an accurate and effective parts inventory control system that includes perpetual and annual inventories, as well as proper counter proceduresCreate estimates as required by technicians and advisorsOrder inventory and special-order parts for jobsReceive parts ordersMay be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysMust be able to travel occasionally if needed for a week or moreHave a passion for sustainable transportation and changing the automotive industryQualifications:
6+ years of experience in a parts department environment (luxury preferred)Training as a warehouse clerk or relevant experience in this areaExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh level attention to detail and accuracyAbility to multitask while maintaining high level of accuracyAbility to analyze and interpret internal reportsAble to effectively work both individually and within a group in a high-paced environmentAbility to use basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office as well as learn proprietary DMS softwareAdvantageous Experiences
Certificate in Automotive Technology or equivalent work experienceKnowledge of HV systems, LV systems, and EV powertrainsStart-up experience and related fast-paced environmentsPrevious OEM Parts training
