What we’re looking for:

We are looking for a Senior Manager of Enterprise (b2b) Sales and Marketing Analytics to build and manage a team of high-performing analysts. This person will be a “player-coach” both managing a team and providing direct analysis as an individual contributor. The team will provide valuable strategic analysis to help us understand how to grow our sales pipeline, diagnose the customer experience to help us understand how to better retain current customers, develop key metrics to measure and predict pipeline performance and customer health, and provide ad hoc support as needed. 

What you’ll do:

• Hire and support a team of about 3 data analysts who will perform a range of strategic data analysis and identify business critical insights
• Be a senior voice in the organization, discovering key data insights and communicating them to drive step-changes in Arcadia’s revenue and profitability.
• Perform individual contributor analytics work as needed to support the team and deliver on our most complex, most strategic work
• Own the analytics relationship with stakeholders on our enterprise sales and enterprise marketing teams, including helping them scope and prioritize work and developing a deep understanding of their functions, their needs, and their objectives
• Occasionally present analysis to enterprise clients to address customer questions in service of maintaining high customer health
• Work with analytics peers to develop strong analytics practices and conduct analysis with an eye toward the holistic organization.

What will help you succeed

Must-haves:

• 10+ years in data analytics, business analytics, data science, statistics, or related field
• Track record leading teams to consistently deliver stakeholder-facing analytics with strongly positive stakeholder feedback
• Significant experience conducting proactive exploratory data analysis, distilling actionable insights and recommendations, and telling a story with data
• Strong communication skills, including with senior leaders
• Strong knowledge of SQL
• Extensive experience with BI tools like Looker or Tableau
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Nice-to-haves:

• Statistics basics
• Basics of Python or R
• Familiarity with dbt or other data modeling systems and techniques
