Fy is a new-to-the-world, nutri­tion­al fun­gi protein that only uses a frac­tion of the resources required by tra­di­tion­al agri­cul­ture. We use Fy to make delicious, nutritious, and sustainable meat and dairy alternatives.

The Sr. Inventory Analyst is responsible for managing inventory levels to meet production demands at internal and external manufacturing sites, optimizing inventory forecasts, placing replenishment purchase orders with vendors, and maintaining accurate lot tracing/month close in our ERP. The Sr. Inventory Analyst will also have the opportunity to be part of early-stage biotechnology that will positively impact people around the globe.
