We are seeking a Sr. Financial Services Specialist to play a key role in growing Lucid Financial Services’ North American presence. This is a critical role that requires an attitude of ownership and customer service, exceptional organizational skills, and analytical skills. Knowledge of automotive financial products, especially in the USA and Canada, is highly desired.
As the Sr. Financial Services Specialist you will champion Lucid Financial Services with internal and external stakeholders to streamline the customer financing process; resolve customer issues; and provide training and support to the Lucid sales, retail, and delivery teams. You will also prepare analyses to identify bottlenecks and obstacles to customers using Lucid Financial Services and plans to resolve those friction points. There is significant opportunity for you to manage development and roll-out of Financial Services products and technological enhancements.
Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
· California (Bay Area) - $96,000 – $132,000
Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. 3-5+ years’ experience in automotive, customer service, finance, or related field Experience in automotive or automotive finance sales or operations preferredStrong work ethic with demonstrated history of owning and solving customer issuesExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate and work across functional areasAbility to think tactically and strategically, drive for results, and continuously drive innovationFamiliarity with Microsoft Office suite including Excel and PowerPointBA/BS degree required
