We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior BI/Data Analyst to join the Service Analytics team. This role will be crucial in leading business intelligence/insights development for team(s) within Service organization, as well as support analytics for related stakeholders. 

The ideal candidate should be experienced in leading executive business reviews on a regular cadence, fluent in communicating business insights to cross functional teams to drive action, developing and delivering highly reliable dashboards and analytics solutions. The candidate should have an aptitude for story telling using data, comfortable in handling ambiguity, and enjoy a fast paced work culture.

The Role:

  • Engage business stakeholders regularly to review their business operation metrics, communicate insights, and drive operational efficiency
  • Work with multiple stakeholders within the Service Organization to understand their business needs and develop highly reliable analytics solutions.
  • Develop KPIs (key performance indicators) by gathering and documenting requirements, identifying and extracting data, and developing solutions.
  • Work with business process owners to develop process & data flows to streamline business processes.
  • Take ownership of the quality and reliability of business data of your primary stakeholders.
  • Develop ad-hoc data and reporting solutions by extracting data from multiple sources using automated scripts to generate reports and dashboards.
  • Present and communicate business impacts to stakeholders based on your analysis.
  • Collaborate and communicate best practices in data science with other analysts (e.g., code reviews, data integrity, and data reliability).
  • Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or Data Analyst with an operations background preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (statistics, engineering, mathematics, IT, or a quantitative business field) with significant experience in data science. Preferably a Graduate degree in Business Analytics or related field of study.
  • Highly proficient in SQL and Tableau dashboard development.
  • Ability to use Python (or other tools) for data extraction, ETL pipeline development, and ad-hoc analytics.
  • Experience developing reports and dashboards in Salesforce is a plus.
  • Knowledgeable in using collaboration tools (Git repositories, JIRA systems, version control, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
