As the Marketing Event Operations + Fleet Vehicles Specialist. you will be responsible for creating and supporting Lucid’s marketing event operations, asset allocation and fleet programs.
This person will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day aspects of Lucid’s marketing fleet, quality control, asset management, and all things operations, transportation, and delivery to support our marketing efforts. We prioritize a world-class customer experience, and our marketing events play a key role in building the Lucid brand and creating that unparalleled experience. Above all, this role will be a passionate and organized project coordinator that understands marketing, regional trends, logistics, fleet management, budgeting, and an entrepreneurial approach to event operations.
Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
· California (Bay Area) - $96,000-$132,000

The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. Maintain high level knowledge of the company’s mission and brand goalsDevelop and support vehicle allocation and operations plan for all marketing assets, coordinating with teams including, but not limited to: Marketing, Press, Sales, Service, and LogisticsSupport, organize and execute high impact regional marketing activities and events consistent with Lucid’s global brand cultureLiaison with vehicle integration teams for mobile charging systems and solutions for all marketing eventsDevelop and implement a quality assessment program for all marketing vehicles prior to public useOwner of all marketing test drive vehicles, tracking allocation, preparation, assignment, usage, maintenance, and reportingSupport of regional marketing events per region to support the growth and loyalty of the Lucid community.Liaison with press and media team for all vehicle tracking allocation, preparation, usage, and maintenanceCoordinate vehicle maintenance and transportation with press fleet vendor in key marketsSupport agency teams with approved product placements and promotional activationsSource and manage external support vendors for regional marketing fleet vehicle operations and storageCoordinate the maintenance, licensing, regulatory vehicle compliance and vehicle health with operation teamsWork closely with web and systems teams to create tools and processes needed to support tracking company-owned vehiclesIdentify opportunities to streamline vehicle maintenance and operations to reduce costs and capital expendituresSupport driver training programs and ensure safe and compliant operationsFrequent travel to these locations in different parts of the US to coordinate the fleet, to trouble shoot and to rework the cars if necessaryCreate a fleet management playbook, with processes including, but not limited to:Vehicle allocation and usageMileage log and service recordsLogging accident reportsVehicle depreciation and inventoryEnsuring timely availability for sale at the end of the assigned programsQualifications:
4+ years of experience in fleet operations, event operations, or similar roleDemonstrated experience in project management, from ideation to delivery and launchPassion for the customer experience, and an understanding of how operational efficiencies impact said experienceProven track record of successful event management for premium brands and exceeding ROI targets Comfort navigating ambiguity, and an ability to create in an undefined, unestablished environmentStrong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skillsSelf-starter and quick thinker who thrives in ambiguous and rapidly changing situationsExcellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to relentlessly prioritizeStrong commitment to excellence and high standardsDetail Oriented – develop a methodology to make certain all reports are accurateAbility to stand and walk for several hours at a timeExcellent written and oral communication skills with strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Prior experience with Salesforce a plusHave and maintain a valid U.S. Driver's License
