What You Will Be Doing

ChargePoint seeks a dynamic professional with a heightened attention to detail and ERP system proficiency for the role of Spares and RMA Specialist. This person will complete various Supply Chain tasks within the Fulfillment and Logistics team. Tasks include managing spares parts transactions in many inventory locations within ChargePoint’s network as well as partners and customers remote locations; leverage ERP systems to run Microsoft Excel reports as well as other datasets (e.g. Tableau reports); develop standardized processes as well as drive continuous process improvements related to inventory management and spares field support; and supporting logistical and fulfillment responsibilities. The Spares and RMA Specialist role is a Full-time position.

This role is a remote position based in India.   

Responsibilities 

• Actively manage and transact spares parts in inventory located within all ChargePoint’s customers’ and partners’ locations globally.
• Support reverse logistics operations from field support returns (RMA) and refurbishment activities in various contract manufactures for multiple products and platforms.
• Maintain a monthly inventory reconciliation with customers and partners holding spare parts at their location and upholding contractual obligations from all parties.
• Implement new data analysis methodologies to monitor and measure performance against organizational goals and service level agreements.
• Partnering with ChargePoint’s Customer Support team in projects related to field support as well as support daily inventory requests and spares demand.
• Drive continuous process improvements throughout the organization and find opportunities to develop a superior supply chain using a variety of data analysis and organizational tools to uncover insights.
• Work with large datasets and report accurately and within a determined cadence to customers and management.
• Work cross organizations to identify problems, find root cause, implement containment plans, and drive supply chain optimization for long term solutions and continuous process improvements.
• Support activities related to ChargePoint’s Logistics and Fulfillment team, including but not limited to managing issue ticketing system, coverage for team members, and support ancillary sales and field order fulfillment tasks.

Qualification and Desired Skills

• Supply chain experience related to spares inventory management, order fulfillment, reverse logistics/RMA expertise, distribution, and data management.
• 2 or more years' experience in inventory and order management in complex environments and NPI.
• Proficiency in MRP/ERP systems, MS Office programs (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).
• Sharp problem-solving and strong analytical skills.
• Working knowledge of data analysis and forecasting tools and techniques.
• Excellent written/verbal communication, organizational skills to build and improve trusting relationships.
• Must be able to work independently, handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and negotiate and collaborate effectively.
• Should enjoy a challenging and fast-paced environment and be highly motivated.
• Minimal travel may be required.
• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering or related field preferred.
