What You Will Be Doing

ChargePoint seeks a dynamic professional with a heightened attention to detail and ERP system proficiency for role of Spares Program Specialist. The Spares Program Specialist will be responsible for driving projects in the spares team including, but not limited to, fulfilment processes, warehousing and logistics optimization, and returns processing and handling. The person will be responsible for analyzing current processes and reports, making suggestions to improve and automate where possible to drive change and introducing process and rigor to help scale the business. They will be fundamental to supporting our ambitious growth targets and optimizing our processes for growth. This is a highly cross functional role with visibility to global teams and leadership, where you will be expected to wear many hats and own a wide scope of processes as we build the team going forward. This person will complete various Supply Chain tasks within the Global Fulfillment and Logistics team, working closely with Third Party Service Provider, Warehouse Operations, Logistics, Transportation, IT, Finance, and Supply Chain teams. The Spares Program Specialist role is a Full-time and fully remote position.

What You Will Bring to ChargePoint

• Serve as subject matter expert for Supply Chain improvement projects including warehousing, fulfilment, and RMA.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, EDI interfaces and applying best practice processes to meet business needs such as spare parts management, support/FSO processes and RMA/reverse logistics processes.
• Design and develop metrics and reports, dashboards and analysis to drive key business decisions.
• Possesses general knowledge of logistics operations related to order management, logistics operations, and inventory controls.
• Develop and maintain processes in inventory management, returns and disposition that will enhance adherence to compliance.
• Improve traceability of parts and devise automations that reduce errors in transactions.
• Work cross-functionally to identify problems, find root cause, implement containment plans, and drive supply chain optimization for long term solutions and continuous process improvements.
• Support activities related to ChargePoint’s Logistics and Fulfilment team.

Requirements

• Supply chain experience related to spares inventory management, order fulfilment, reverse logistics/RMA expertise, distribution, and data management.
• 4 or more years' experience in spares management in complex environments and New Product Introductions.
• Proficiency in MRP/ERP systems and MS Office programs
• Experience in implementing Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Sharp problem-solving and strong analytical skills.
• Working knowledge of data analysis and forecasting tools and techniques.
• Excellent written/verbal communication, organizational skills to build and improve trusting relationships.
• Experience with materials management, master scheduling, or production planning helpful.
• Must be able to work independently, handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and negotiate and collaborate effectively.
• Should enjoy a challenging and fast-paced environment and be highly motivated.
• Up to 20% travel may be required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree Supply Chain Management or related field preferred.
