About the Team
You’ll join a high-performing, EU-based team playing a critical role in Aurora’s European expansion. The team works cross-functionally and across time zones to help solar companies adopt, integrate, and scale Aurora’s platform across diverse markets.

About the Role
As a Solutions Engineer at Aurora Solar, you’ll support customers throughout their journey from early discovery through onboarding, integration, and ongoing use. You’ll build a strong understanding of Aurora’s platform, APIs, and integrations through hands-on customer work, mentorship, and collaboration with senior team members.
You’ll partner closely with Account Executives to tailor solutions to customer workflows, support integrations, and lead product training that empower customers to unlock Aurora’s full potential.
Your Impact
Deliver engaging product demonstrations and hands-on workshops that educate and empower customers
Support customers through onboarding, integrations, and early growth alongside Sales and Customer Success
Build ROI-driven workflow diagrams, cost stack models, and system architecture plans to showcase Aurora’s impact
Translate customer challenges into clear product and API-based solutions that streamline operations and boost efficiency
Gather customer feedback and share insights with Product and Engineering to inform continuous improvement
What You Bring
2+ years of experience in solutions engineering, solution consulting, sales engineering, or a related customer-facing technical role in B2B SaaS
Ability to distill complex business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements
Foundational understanding of APIs and system integrations, paired with strong curiosity and problem-solving skills
Comfort supporting and delivering technical training sessions for external customers
Clear communication and presentation skills in both German and English
Self-starter energy and a genuine interest in solar, clean technology, and meaningful innovation
Nice to Haves
Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or other enterprise systems commonly used by scaling organizations
Fluency in, or familiarity with, French, Spanish, or Italian
Background in technical account management, solution consulting, or customer success at a SaaS company
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
Experience collaborating across time zones with a US-based startup or scale-up
