Who we are
Kraken Technologies is a company within Octopus Energy Group who are licensing the Kraken platform and operating model to clients across the world. Current clients are both the Octopus Energy Retail businesses around the world as well as external clients such as Good Energy, Plenitude, Origin, EDF, E.ON & Queensland Energy - with many more expected to join over the next few years!
As a Client Delivery Lead, you will support European clients through migration journeys or ongoing relationships. You will manage and prioritize the operations product roadmap, ensuring clear communication and partnership between Kraken and client teams. Your role involves understanding the Kraken platform, identifying problems, refining solutions, and driving technological and process innovations.

What will you do in this role?
Manage client relationships, being the primary contact for tech development and issue resolutionTriaging requests and communicating client priorities to the development teamSummarize and articulate client needs and timelines internallySupport clients in meeting business needs through technology deliveryCollaborate with the engineering team to deliver product featuresAlign client direction with Kraken’s goals and infrastructurePotential to expand role to other regions (e.g., France, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Greece).You are a match for this role if you have:
Strong client delivery and/or product ownership experienceStrong agile delivery experience Experience of product management and customer journeysSolid understanding of technology and associated trendsExcellent communications, collaboration and presentation skillsStrong influencing skills and ability to challenge traditional ways of thinkingExperience of working with significant complex delivery pipelines for clientsPatience and initiative - our clients are undergoing huge transformations that take time and require our understanding Time management and a get-stuff-done attitudeConsulting experience is a plus Fluent English + French requiredFor this position in France, 2 on-site days in our Paris office are planned so we look after people who can attend this rythmBenefits
