About the Role
As a Software Engineer on the Install-Ready Design team, you’ll help build backend systems that power the next generation of solar installations. You’ll solve complex challenges with clarity and craft, designing tools that are robust, reliable, and ready for impact. This is a hybrid position based in Warsaw, Poland.
Your Impact
Develop and launch new features that elevate the performance and precision of our platform
Integrate with key partners across the solar ecosystem to streamline end-to-end project workflows
Build new functionality for our industry-leading solar design platform
Contribute to the development of new greenfield products that shape how solar systems are designed and deployed
Take operational responsibility for the services that are owned by your team, including participation in an on-call rotation
What You Bring
2+ years of professional experience in software engineering
Proficiency in writing expressive, testable object-oriented code and building production software in two or more languages (i.e. Java, Ruby, Python, Golang, C++, Javascript, or Typescript)
Solid computer science fundamentals
Experience contributing to team-based development
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, especially in a remote or hybrid environment
Comfort working in a growing product and evolving tech stack, with a willingness to learn and adapt
Fluent in both written and spoken English (please submit your resume in English)
Nice to Haves
Passion for renewable energy and sustainability
Experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
Familiarity with key technologies: Spring Framework, Jackson, JPA, HTTP, SQL (MySQL/MariaDB), Git, Gradle, AWS
