What You Will Be Doing

•  Management and coordination of international projects with distributed teams in the field of e-mobility.

•  Overall planning and continuous control of resources, budget, milestones, and deadlines.

• Point of contact for customers and stakeholders for all project-related topics.

• Steering of customer specific SW development effort and building a bridge between project waterfall and agile development.

• Tracking and reporting of program progress and risks/chances based on defined KPIs including reporting to middle and top management.

• Facilitation of retrospectives/lessons learned and support of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• A degree in economics, business informatics, informatics, software/computer engineering or equivalent preferred

• At least 5 + years of relevant working experience in the execution of international IT projects.

• Fluency in (agile) project management methods and processes, certifications are a plus. (e.g., PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner, Scrum Master, etc. ).

• High customer orientation as well as convincing communication and presentation skills to work successfully with internal and external stakeholders.

• Excellent leadership skills to work seamlessly with various stakeholders (Engineering, Product Management, IT Business Applications, Customer Support, etc.).

• Ability to work efficiently with new technologies and industry trends.

• Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
