We are seeking an experienced Site Facilities Manager to lead operations at our new Austin, Texas facility. This is a critical hands-on leadership role responsible for bringing online and managing a 48,000 square foot indoor facility that is situated on an 11.2 acre industrial site. As our first facilities leader in Austin, you will be instrumental in establishing operational excellence at this strategic location.

The successful candidate will oversee the transition of an existing structure into a fully operational Exowatt facility, manage daily maintenance operations, and build strong relationships with external vendors and service providers. This position reports to the Head of People & Talent and will collaborate closely with teams across engineering, manufacturing, product, and corporate functions.

This position is based in Austin, TX. Exowatt is only considering candidates based in the Austin area.
