Every day at ecoligo we work to fight the climate crisis, bringing solar energy to businesses in countries like Ghana, Kenya, Vietnam, Chile, Panama and Costa Rica amongst others through the ecoligo crowdinvesting platform. We own and manage each energy project allowing us to deliver both environmental and economic returns. Our crowdinvestors earn a solid financial return, and our solar clients get an energy provider that’s fairer, more affordable, and more efficient. So far, ecoligo projects will prevent over 1 million tonnes of carbon dioxide from entering our atmosphere. And we’re just getting started.

Our quickly growing international team is looking for a (Senior) Technical Product Manager (f/m/x) to actively define and implement features for our key digital software product that will generate impact for our customers. Our ideal candidate is ready to dive in, understanding customer problems and discover solution opportunities. You combine your strategic mindset with a passion for software products and empathize with its users. You have delivered several products and its features by working along engineers, product designers, and various business stakeholders. In this role you will:

  • Partner with domain experts, software engineers, and product designer to deliver both consumer and internal-facing solutions with high levels of value, usability, and quality
  • Identify and prioritize problems the product team will tackle and build solutions for
  • Collect feedback from subject matter experts, customers, and stakeholders to further understand what opportunities the product is providing
  • Drive the agile development process to ensure the delivery of customer value, while identifying or escalating delivery barriers, dependencies and/or risks
  • Define and measure key indicators of success of your product, while rallying the team to accomplish product goals
  • Advocate internally by communicating across the organization of the product development progress, new capabilities, and its roadmap

Requirements

Your Skills:

  • 3+ years of product management experience building end-to-end digital solutions, preferably both B2B and B2C software offerings
  • Strong technical background, with a bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or similar work experience
  • Comfortable working with teams consisting of external and internal product designers and software engineers
  • Ability to translate business and customer needs into a prioritized set of features via a roadmap
  • Fluent in English (English is our daily working language)
