Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience7+ years of full life cycle recruiting including targeted outreach, sourcing, hiring manager collaboration, compensation negotiation, scheduling, closing and onboarding of candidatesWell-versed in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategies, building networks within talent communities, and creative candidate lead generationA solid understanding of recruiting metrics and how they drive performanceDemonstrated strength in communication, negotiation and organization skillsDemonstrated ability to successfully lead and facilitate interview stakeholders through the interview, selection and hiring processSuccess at creating and executing complex recruitment strategies and techniquesAdditional preferred experience and/or qualifications:
