About the company:

Carbon Clean is an established global leader in industrial carbon capture solutions helping essential, but hard-to-abate, industries decarbonise. Our innovative solutions significantly reduce the costs and environmental impacts of carbon capture compared to conventional technologies.

Technology to achieve 'net zero'.

Perform ASME calculations to meet safety requirements, design margins, and relevant codes.
  • Material selection: Choose appropriate materials for static components considering factors like strength, durability, weight, cost, and compatibility with rotating elements and operating conditions.
  • Finite Element Analysis (FEA): Perform FEA to predict and mitigate stress concentrations, deformation, and fatigue in static components under various loading conditions.
  • Manufacturing support: Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to ensure the producibility of designed components, considering factors such as tolerances, surface finishes, and manufacturing processes.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain accurate technical documentation, including design reports, engineering drawings, and specifications, to support manufacturing, assembly, and maintenance of static components.
  • Continuous improvement: Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the design process.
