This position will be within the Fluence Digital business unit, formed following Fluence’s acquisition of San Francisco-based start-up AMS. Fluence Digital’s IQ platform uses artificial intelligence, advanced price forecasting, portfolio optimization and market bidding to ensure energy storage and flexible generation assets are optimally participating in wholesale electricity markets.

This Senior Full Stack Engineer (tech lead) will be an integral member of the Fluence Digital business unit, formed following Fluence’s acquisition of San Francisco-based start-up AMS. Fluence Digital’s software technology uses artificial intelligence, advanced price forecasting, portfolio optimization and market bidding to ensure energy storage and flexible generation assets are responding optimally to price signals sent by the market.

This REMOTE role will work within the growing Software Engineering team, with close interaction with data scientists, product managers, and subject matter experts to shape the evolution of our company and the future of the electricity grid.

· Build, test, scale, and refine new products and services

· Be an owner of what you build, managing the entire product lifecycle

· Tackle a wide variety of challenges through the stack and contribute to all parts of our codebase

· Be a team player in a small, flat-structured, highly collaborative environment

In Colorado, the standard pay range for this role is $145K - $162K annually. This range is specific to Colorado and may not be applicable in other locations
