Zoox is looking for a seasoned ServiceNow HRSD Solution Lead Specialist to support the People Experience (PEx) Technology team with the management of ServiceNow HRSD processes. This individual will work closely with the Now Platform team to lead the implementation of ServiceNow’s HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module, including configuration of workflows, integrations and tiered support structures. The ideal candidate has a blend of project management, ServiceNow expertise, and HR process knowledge to ensure successful adoption and alignment with organizational needs.
Compensation
There are three major components to compensation for this position: pay, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. The pay range for this position is $172,000 to $190,000. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance. The pay range listed in this posting is representative of the range of levels Zoox is considering for this position.

In this role, you will:
Demonstrate strong technology operations management, solution design, product backlog management, and leadership skills to coordinate across multiple groups including PEx Stakeholders, and Technology, to govern and deliver system enhancements, releases, and upcoming projectsUse your knowledge as a Solution Lead and experience of HR operations and the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform to optimize our clients HR operations and help them drive business resultsSupport ServiceNow HRSD projects and work-streams through discovery, design, build, test, and deployment activitiesProvide hands-on Project Management to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurateWork with both functional and technical teams through requirements gathering and sprint design sessions for the ServiceNow HRSD applications. Serve as the bridge between business and technical teams by translating business needs into clear technical requirements and solutions.Coordinate across various PEx and IT teams to ensure project deliverables are on track and escalate issues as appropriate to be able to mitigate any riskRecommend optimizations and improvements to existing solutions based on feedback from PEx stakeholdersSystematically track, document and communicate business requirements to the ServiceNow development teamManage design of enhancements including establishing key milestones, finalizing scope and high-level architectureSupport the iterative configuration of ServiceNow HRSD, engage stakeholders to conduct reviews through joint design sessionsPerform other role-related duties as assignedQualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in HR, IT, Business, or related fieldMinimum of 8 years of experience in hands on ServiceNow functional experience, of which, a minimum of 2 years focused on the delivery and implementation of at least one ServiceNow HRSD core module and ongoing maintenance of the applicationCertified Implementation Specialist - Human Resources or Certified System Administrator certification is desired4+ years of experience in project management, change management and user adoptionBonus Qualifications:
