The Senior Salesforce Administrator serves as the declarative technical backbone of our team: bridging the gap between OOTB capabilities and full-stack custom code.

This role offers the chance to work in a product-led environment, balancing deep feature development with high-priority support delivery. You’ll operate as a highly hands-on builder, owning projects end-to-end and working directly with customers to design tailored solutions. • Advanced Flow Architecture & AI Execution

Deep mastery of complex automation, Flow design patterns, AI system configuration, and Apex diagnostics. Proven ability to actively monitor AI telemetry and optimize accuracy. 

• Client Advisory & Pushback

Strong consulting experience. Capable of evaluating business needs, confidently pushing back against bad architectural requests, and defending Salesforce best practices. 

• Execution Alignment & Data Architecture

• High-Velocity Work Management

High autonomy in estimating effort accurately and managing complex workloads. Successfully manages 2-3 high-effort and 4-5 medium-effort projects simultaneously while meeting strict timelines
