ICON is looking for a Senior Sales Director to join our Titan Platform sales teamas we launch the Titan Platform and change the future of homebuilding. This role will blend relationship building, strategic sales, and tactical follow-through. To succeed in this role, you'll need the ability to move fast, earn trust quickly, and to help turn breakthrough technology into a daily operational reality for customers. In this role, you'll own the front lines — identifying opportunities, meeting with developers, builders, and potential customers, managing long-cycle relationships, and turning interest into signed contracts. This role is based on site - either at our Austin, TX HQ or Miami, FL Field Office - and reports to the VP of Titan Sales.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline across Titan’s target markets — starting with Texas and Florida and expanding to additional regions as they come online.
- Lead client outreach, presentations, and negotiations from first contact to close.
- Develop a deep understanding of each customer’s operations, challenges, and financing constraints.
- Coordinate closely with Product and Operations to deliver accurate scoping, demonstrations, and customer-facing materials.
- Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene — every conversation logged, every follow-up tracked, every opportunity current.
- Work directly with the VP of Titan Platform Sales and technical teammates to pitch, craft proposals, and structure agreements.
- Represent ICON and Titan at events, trade shows, and partner meetings to build visibility, credibility, and long-term relationships.
- Maintain a steady communication rhythm: weekly updates, pipeline reviews, and proactive field feedback loops with the Titan Platform Team.
- Help communicate customer needs, pain points, and insights into actionable feedback for ICON’s product and technology teams.
- Deliver results and drive meaningful traction — deals signed, successful pilots deployed, and repeat customers earned through performance.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 8+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within construction, technology, large manufacturing, or 3D Printing.
- Proven success leading complex, relationship-driven sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
- Demonstrated ability to close large commercial contracts or multi-unit sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior executives and operational leaders alike.
- Hands-on experience coordinating with cross-functional partners — Finance, Product, Operations, and Legal — to execute complex deals.
- Ability to travel frequently throughout Texas, Florida, and other emerging markets.
- Ability to work outside of core business hours.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience introducing or commercializing new technology in established industries such as automation, construction technologies, and concrete 3D printing.
- Experience building sales strategies and pipelines in high-growth.
- Familiarity with structured financing, public-private partnerships, or developer-led projects.
- Comfort selling both technology and construction outcomes; understands real-world constraints and capital realities.
- Strong and timely attention to follow-up.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships and gain trust.
