Director – Support System & Tools Integration

What You Will Be Doing

  • · Project Leadership: Lead and manage multiple projects within the Digital Support Enablement & CX team, ensuring timely delivery, scope adherence, and quality outcomes.
  • · Process Optimization: Design and implement an effective project management process from project initiation to closure, focusing on capturing project status, milestones, and ensuring transparency.
  • · Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, architects, developers, and business stakeholders, to drive project progress and successful execution.
  • · Documentation Management: Oversee the timely generation of essential documents such as business requirement documents, product requirement documents, and design documents.
  • · Release Management: Plan and track release schedules meticulously, validating the Move to Production process for seamless deployment.
  • · Issue Resolution: Identify and address conflicts and impediments in project progress by coordinating meetings and collaborating with stakeholders.
  • · Reporting: Regularly produce comprehensive project status reports, highlighting milestones, potential risks, and areas requiring attention.
  • · Risk Management: Proactively identify and communicate potential project risks, working with stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies.
  • · Project Completion: Track projects that need to roll over to subsequent releases, prioritize based on business needs, and ensure smooth transitions.

What You Will Bring to ChargePoint

  • · Experience: Proven track record of 3-4 years in project management, preferably within digital support enablement and CX domains.
  • · Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities to guide cross-functional teams and lead projects to successful completion.
  • · Agile Proficiency: Proficiency in Agile methodologies, with experience using tools like Atlassian Confluence and JIRA.
  • · Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • · Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities to address challenges during project execution.
  • · Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects, milestones, and deadlines.
  • · Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing project requirements.
  • · Customer Focus: Understanding of customer-centric principles to enhance digital support and customer experience.
  • · Documentation: Ability to generate and manage project-related documents accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

  • · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • · Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • · Knowledge of Atlassian tools (Confluence, JIRA) is preferred.
  • · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • · Adherence to project timelines and milestones.
  • · Collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach.
  • · Experience in the digital support or CX domain is a plus.
  • · Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is advantageous.
