As a Project Engineer, your primary responsibility will be implementing data monitoring solutions and assisting in the successful delivery of all customer projects and orders. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

(1) Monitoring data quality and troubleshooting IoT related issues, (2) ensuring Infogrid maintains the highest standards in customer satisfaction during their deliveries; including proper documentation (3) ensuring successful hand-off of clients to customer success, and (4) growing and maintaining strong relationships with high-quality installers that allow a national deployment coverage. You will be expected to work on several orders simultaneously and to deliver them in a timely manner with unconditional attention to quality.

What You'll Do:

  • Project Manage with metering and IoT deployments with a wide variety of external stakeholders
  • Partner internally with all departments of Infogrid including engagement management and Software teams
  • Coordinate and Manage the successful installation and setup of Infogrid systems with contractors
  • Troubleshoot any and all issues regarding your portfolio
  • Develop innovative and creative solutions to collect real-time electricity, water, and gas data from large commercial real estate.
  • Manage implementation of metering equipment installation by interacting with contractors, customers, and utility companies
  • Onboard and educate contractors who may be installing Infogrid products for the first time
  • Scope new sites for potential customers, including to identify metering points and technical solutions
  • Learn the technical requirements of metering deployment to support the sales team
  • Take ownership of larger projects
  • What You'll Need:

  • Strong skills in project management
  • Budget management experience
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Engineering Degree and Project Management experience 
  • CRE, ESG or MEP, industry experience (big plus)
