Role Description
We are looking for a hands-on individual to help us develop our core technology by contributing to our Advanced Manufacturing organization. In this role, individuals will work directly with our technical team manufacturing cathodes. You will be responsible for operating pilot scale manufacturing equipment as we prepare for our first major installations.

Inspect, organize and prepare raw material, components and hardware Track material usage to provide traceability, perform inventory cycle countsOperate pilot scale manufacturing equipmentFollow standard operating procedures and document process conditions and deviationsWork with the technical team to troubleshoot processing issuesCollaborate with the technical team to improve production processesMaintain process conditions in a fashion that facilities cleanliness and productivity for other team membersWhat You'll Bring:
3+ years of experience relating to working with chemicals in laboratory or production environmentFamiliarity operating small to medium sized equipmentExperience with general chemical hygieneExperience wearing PPE in a production environment Solid communication skills within a group of peers and broader organizationPositive attitude and appetite to learn and growWillingness to share ideas to contribute to organizational and technical problem solving
