Position Summary 

ChargePoint is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager with a successful track record in overseeing, managing and optimising paid and owned media channels to grow revenue, drive user acquisition and increase brand awareness. Your expertise includes effective media agency management, forecasting, developing targets, and executing campaign tactics with acute efficiency and scale. You're a data maven and regularly dig into the data to diagnose performance issues and make data-driven recommendations to improve marketing programs across all our segments and industries. You have a bias for speed and are ready to hit the ground running in a hyper-growth environment.  

What You Will Be Doing 

• Use data to set the strategy for campaigns to build pipeline and hit targets, owning strategy and execution for owned and paid media and content programs. 
• Build out pan-European growth campaigns as part of our overall marketing strategy. 
• Be the lead in designing, planning, managing, and optimising evergreen and vertical/country specific marketing campaigns to generate revenue together with your team of growth marketers.   
• Run experiments like A/B, geo-x and pre/posts testing to exceed critical metrics and gauge direct business impact.
• Stay abreast of industry and growth marketing trends and implement new initiatives to scale.  
• Partner closely with our internal teams across brand, analytics, sales and more to execute projects efficiently and effectively.
• Analyse data across campaign and channels, optimising to drive improved conversions throughout every stage in pipeline.  
• Be a strategic thought partner to sales and broader marketing team. Proactively share insights across the organisation and ensure cross-functional alignment by proactively keeping everyone in the loop on funnel conversion, improvement ideas, and feedback.
• Be an active leader in marketing/sales quarterly and annual planning.  

Qualifications 

• Minimum 5-8 years of B2B digital marketing experience including developing, managing and optimising multi-channel marketing campaigns; experience marketing in B2B SaaS preferred. 
• Highly analytical, data-driven and goal-oriented. 
• Exceptional collaborator and influencer. Must be able to engage with multiple stakeholders and quickly build relationships to accomplish program objectives.
• Excellent communication skills.
• You are open-minded, curious and a strong problem solver.
• You are nimble and adaptable when priorities change and continue to see the bigger picture
