JOB DESCRIPTION
The Sr Manager, E-Commerce Marketing, will play a central role in delivering Meati’s ambitious growth plans by overseeing and guiding our E-commerce strategy. This role will be responsible for scaling, expanding, and optimizing our digital storefronts both within DTC and across online retail channels. Our ideal candidate has strong commercial instincts and a track record of driving efficient e-commerce sales growth within CPG.
This candidate will possess superb analytical skills, digging deep into sales data to craft critical objectives, strategies and tactics, and then turning insights into action to drive results within our E-commerce channels. The candidate will shepherd cross-functional alignment with operations, 3PL, product development, lifecycle marketing and packaging teams to execute on our omnichannel strategy and ensure strong overall performance. The role will report to the Director of Digital and will have a key role in guiding our E-commerce growth trajectory.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a team that grows and expands Meati’s e-commerce revenue streams
- Own the optimization and performance of Meati’s e-commerce storefront across web and mobile platforms.
- Work with director of digital to own all strategies surrounding positioning of products, pricing, product offerings and promotion across e-commerce channels
- Implement go-to-market plans that support revenue growth and velocity, balancing strategic planning with tactical execution
- Responsible for product listing optimization across e-commerce environments, item set up and identifying and evaluating new opportunities for product listing optimization.
- Works with Meati creative and brand teams to develop develop immersive content for product pages and regularly update to reflect changes in product strategy, consumer dynamics and best practices.
- Works with the media and shopper teams to set eCommerce objectives and goals, working collaboratively to create compelling activation plans and to track results and adjust plans to respond to analytics.
- Lead preparation and review of monthly e-commerce reports, and perform ongoing analysis of marketplace & competitor trends
- Partner with Director of Digital and Sr. Community Engagement Manager to embed e-Commerce into business conversations and ensure Omni experience is maximized and enhancing day to day performance.
- Support shopper, sales and marketing teams to ensure cohesion and collaboration with marketing support plans
- Deliver periodic overviews, learnings & POVs on what is working, what isn’t and why to help define and continuously improve E-comm performance
SKILL SET
- 5-7 years of e-commerce experience in DTC and B2C / CPG space
- Proven track record of building and managing an annual eCommerce plan
- Strong knowledge of eCommerce KPIs and expertise in deriving growth strategies from data insights
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively present to senior leadership
- A highly-passionate problem solver with strong creative and analytical skills
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, experimental, highly collaborative, and mission-driven company
- Proficient in all Microsoft applications
- Manage processes, accuracy and highly detailed
- Must be resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changes. You work and learn fast while paying attention to the details
- Have excellent organizational, analytical, oral and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze data sets, synthesize data and present to high level leadership

Compensation: $108,000 - $148,000 including a potential annual bonus and equity. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
