The PLANeT Partnership, a joint venture between PepsiCo and Beyond Meat, has joined to develop, produce and market innovative snack and beverage products made from plant-based protein to help save the planet. We are looking for driven and entrepreneurial professionals to join the new team, supported by two major CPG brands!! The joint venture leverages Beyond Meat's leading technology in plant-based protein development and PepsiCo's world-class marketing and commercial capabilities to create and scale new snacks and beverages.
The Senior Director of Sales & Execution will lead the customer and commercial agenda on the Snacks portfolio. This will include development and execution of commercial strategy and tactics. Execution will be driven through the Frito Lay sales force, by leveraging direct relationships with key customers and scaling customer strategy and tactics within the Frito Lay sales organization. This role will serve as the primary sales voice on Snacks, within the JV and across key partners. Candidates must have a strong background of insight-driven strategic customer management, a track record of strategy development and execution, and the proven ability to lead initiatives across functions. DSD go-to-market knowledge is a definite plus.
This role will be based at Planet Partnership headquarters in El Segundo, CA.
