As the Senior Director, Product Management, Product Line Strategy Lead - Energy Storage Systems, you responsible for leading a team to develop and execute global strategies to ensure the success and growth of Fluence BESS product lines. This role requires a seasoned strategist with a deep understanding of the energy landscape, emerging trends, global utility markets and requirements, have managed a product line to satisfy a global customer base and have a proven track record of successfully bringing innovative products to market.

Strategic Planning and Execution:

Develop and execute a comprehensive global strategy for the Energy Storage Systems product lines, aligned with the overall corporate objectives.

Conduct thorough market analysis, identify growth opportunities, and formulate strategies to expand market share and penetrate new or emerging target markets.

Product Positioning and Differentiation:

Define and communicate the unique value proposition of our Energy Storage Systems, ensuring clear differentiation in the market.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling messaging and marketing strategies.

Market Research and Analysis:

Stay abreast of global energy storage market trends, technological advancements, and competitive landscapes.

Utilize market insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to the product strategy.

Financial Management:

Develop and manage budgets for the Energy Storage Systems product line, with a focus on maximizing profitability and ROI.

Implement pricing strategies that balance competitiveness with profitability goals.

Global Stakeholder Engagement:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, industry partners, and regulatory bodies.

Collaborate with regional teams to tailor strategies based on local market conditions and regulatory requirements.

Product Lifecycle Management:

Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept development to end-of-life, ensuring products meet or exceed market expectations.

Work closely with engineering, supply, manufacturing, logistics, commercial and regional teams to drive continuous product improvement and innovation.

Team Leadership and Development:

Lead a global team of product managers and specialists, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to team members.
