Inari is looking for a Digital and AI Product Manager to join our team, establishing our software, data and AI product management practice and executing on it.
Inari is a late-stage biotech startup on a mission to transform the food system and create a more sustainable future. As a Digital and AI Senior Product Manager, you will...
- Create and maintain product roadmaps.
- Manage product features from conception through launch and iteration.
- Drive product delivery timelines and ensure that teams adhere to them.
- Gather requirements, translate user needs into product features, and prioritize them.
- Make strategic decisions on build vs buy for product components.
- Cultivate a product management culture within the organization and mentor project leaders.
- Liaise with the CIDO to align product strategies with the broader organizational goals.
- Develop a framework for evaluating new product opportunities and managing product lifecycle.
- Foster an agile, data-driven product management culture that prioritizes user experience and value creation.
- Partner effectively with Engineering, Data and AI technical and executive team members as well as stakeholders across the company.
You Bring...
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- A proven track record in product management, particularly in digital and AI domains.
- Experience in developing and implementing product management frameworks as well as creating, executing, and reporting on product roadmap.
- Proven work experience in dynamic and fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders; Excellent collaboration and team-building skills
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and AI solution development.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to create and drive product vision across different teams.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to understand user needs and design for the future.
- Technical knowledge in data, AI, and Cloud-native systems, sufficient to make informed decisions on what is feasible, and technical expertise to use and understand product directions.
- Understanding of user research, UX/UI design principles, and agile methodologies.
- A Passion for and skills in mentoring junior and emerging technical talent.
- An Innovative and forward-thinking mindset.
