About the Role:

Crusoe is hiring a Senior Analyst, Real Estate Acquisitions to support the expansion of our AI-focused data center infrastructure. In this role, you’ll develop financial models, evaluate infrastructure development and investment opportunities, conduct market and competitive analysis, and help lead acquisition due diligence processes. You’ll work alongside engineering and energy teams to identify optimal sites and support the strategic execution of Crusoe’s next-generation data center builds.

What You'll Be Working On:

  • Build detailed financial models to evaluate real estate investment decisions, including land acquisition, power development, and construction costs for large-scale AI data centers.

  • Analyze potential sites by assessing key infrastructure inputs including power availability, fiber connectivity, zoning, permitting timelines, and overall readiness.

  • Assist in the due diligence process for real estate transactions by compiling and analyzing critical data across legal, environmental, and utility domains.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Power, Finance, Legal) to provide data-driven insights that inform real estate strategy and investment decisions.

  • Prepare presentation materials to support internal decision-making and executive briefings.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate real estate, infrastructure investment and development, or a related analytical role.

  • Strong financial modeling skills, with experience in capital-intensive environments (e.g., real estate, energy, or data centers).

  • Familiarity with infrastructure analysis, site selection, or large-scale construction project inputs is highly desirable.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights.

  • A passion for infrastructure, sustainability, and building the future of AI.

Compensation Range

Compensation will be paid in the range of $124,000. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
