We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead equipment deployment and assembly teams on Electric Hydrogen’s customer sites. You will ensure that our product is delivered, offloaded, assembled, and interconnected safely and efficiently. You will serve as the critical link between Electric Hydrogen manufacturing and commissioning, supporting one or more parallel deployments. You will serve as the primary contact point between Electric Hydrogen and field assembly contractors.

You will serve projects located within 50-100 miles radius of Houston Metro area. This is a hybrid role with at least 75% travel to customer project sites is required for this position. You will report into the Deployment Manager.


Role and Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for deployment efforts on Electric Hydrogen customer sites
  • Effectively manage installation contractors. Take ownership of schedule and budget for deployment activities
  • Support manufacturing and engineering teams in developing and refining scopes of work for Electric Hydrogen field work
  • Participate in the selection and award of installation partner contracts
  • Provide daily, weekly and monthly progress and financial reporting to Electric Hydrogen leadership
  • Inspects job site for safe working conditions to maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations
  • Develop site specific construction management plans
  • Lead daily toolbox meetings at the job site
  • Orders suspension of activities that pose threats to workers’ health and safety
  • Supervise Electric Hydrogen installation contractors from delivery and offload of equipment through assembly and interconnection
  • Supervise Electric Hydrogen critical lift operations for modules up to 100 tons
  • Manage pre-commissioning punch list closure and ensure an orderly handoff to Electric Hydrogen’s commissioning team
  • Provide leadership in Electric Hydrogen’s change management process, including scope and budgetary analysis
  • Mentor Electric Hydrogen team members in safe and efficient field work

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field  
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in senior construction project management roles, including 5 years on active construction or deployment sites
  • Comprehensive experience in the development and execution of construction schedules, including fluency in Microsoft Project or P6 Primavera
  • Comprehensive understanding of OSHA and other relevant state and federal safety regulations

$119,000$159,800 USD

Actual base salary offered to the hired applicant will be determined based on their work location, level, qualifications, job-related skills, as well as relevant education or training and experience.​
