We are looking for an experienced Senior Analyst, Contingent Workforce Systems to lead the functional design, implementation, and optimization of systems supporting the contingent workforce, including Workforce Management (WFM), Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as SAP SuccessFactors, and Vendor Management Systems (VMS) such as SAP Fieldglass and Beeline. This role will serve as the functional lead for cross-platform integration, business process mapping, and stakeholder alignment, ensuring the solution supports both strategic and operational goals.
There are three major components to compensation for this position: pay, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. The pay range for this position is $185,000 to $222,000. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance. The pay range listed in this posting is representative of the range of levels Zoox is considering for this position.

In this role, you will:
Act as the lead for all contingent workforce technology platforms.Drive requirements gathering, solution design, and system configuration.Provide expert-level knowledge in VMS (e.g., SAP Fieldglass, Beeline), LMS (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, Workday Learning), and WFM platforms (e.g., Kronos, UKG).Work closely with HR, Procurement, IT, Legal, and Compliance teams to align systems with business processes and regulatory requirements.Lead functional testing, UAT, and validation activities.Develop training content and support change management efforts across business units.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field.8+ years of experience as a Functional Lead, or Consultant in HR or procurement systems.Hands-on experience with SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, or similar platforms.Proven success in full lifecycle implementations or large-scale system rollouts.Deep understanding of contingent workforce processes, compliance, reporting, process mapping, documentation, and analytical skills.
