We're looking to hire a new Scheduling Co-ordinator to join our ECO Installers team! You will be responsible for the day-to-day diary planning of our field teams which consists of Cavity Wall and Loft Installers, Plasterers and Insulation Installers, as well as completing administrative tasks to ensure completion of jobs and maintaining customer records. This role is hybrid and will be based in the Sheffield office with the option to work from home two days a week.

Main duties include:

  • Co-ordinate and dispatch engineers to various customer locations throughout the UK ensuring efficiency in effective geographical planning.
  • Effectively manage incoming calls, email and other communication channels in a friendly and professional manner.
  • First point of contact for customer enquiries and appointment bookings.
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure they have all necessary information required to complete the work in the given timeframes.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date customer service records.
  • Liaise with Service engineers to handle any ‘jeopardy jobs’ effectively and efficiently.
  • Liaise with Service Managers to ensure jobs are responded to and updated in real time.
  • Collating engineer’s job sheets and uploading them efficiently.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure jobs are closed down correctly.
  • Any ad-hoc duties to enable the effective running of the department.
  • Skills required:

  • Previous experience in a scheduling role is essential with strong geographical knowledge.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in the using computers and a good working knowledge of Google & MS office including Excel to an intermediate level.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
