We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to help lead the growth of Lucid’s Salesforce environment. You will be responsible for the design, development, testing and implementation of elegant solutions in our Salesforce instance. You will join the Retail and Commerce Systems team and collaborate with our Sales, Marketing, Service, Finance and Data Engineering leaders to translate business needs into efficient solutions within the system.
Being one of the earliest members of our team, you will pioneer our systems strategy and draw on your experience to create a vision for designing and optimizing our Salesforce environment for rapid growth.
The ideal candidate has a background in sales, marketing and customer service systems, has proven success in a Salesforce developer role, and has the desire to be a thought-leader on a quickly growing team.
Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
· California (Bay Area) - $115,000 - $165,000
Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs.
