We are looking for an exceptionally well-rounded candidate for our Retail and Commerce Systems team who will be a dedicated hands-on Salesforce Administrator responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce system and the needs of our Stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone with a solid understanding of the SFDC platform and who has experience in making an impact in rapidly growing companies.
Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
· California (Bay Area) - $115,000 - $165,000
Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. Create Salesforce technology and integration approaches to solving complex business problemsFollow and understand Salesforce’s latest product and technical capabilities resulting from product releases, events and User CommunitiesCreate and maintain custom objects, object relationships, standard, and custom fields with the Salesforce PlatformManage dashboards, reports, forms, templates, page layouts, workflows, and approvalMaintain data quality and data cleanup in CRM system through data quality rules to remove duplicate data and cleanse inaccurate data including the movement of relevant Data to TableauAble to standardize data entries, scheduled data analysis, scheduled reports, bulk data loads, and validation rulesProduce quality deliverables that will scale as our system and data footprint is growing super-fastDesign, build and enhance integrations using middleware or REST APIs with various systems, including internal and external web services and ERP systems, and ensure data integrity.Work with end-users to provide best practices and tips on Salesforce usage including training, documentation, and support as necessary.Never be complacent of how much you know, constantly improve your skills and training using Trailhead and other knowledge-sharing servicesBe Innovative and be a team player who will look to explore best practices and approaches from cross-functional teamsMinimum Qualifications:
B.S. Computer Science, Software or Other Engineering, MIS and 6 years of relevant work experience with at least 5 years in Salesforce administration5+ years Enterprise application development and administration including Integration principles and tools5+ years Enterprise Data Management tools and methods5+ years’ experience with API and Event centric design patterns with Principles of sound information securityWeb based and mobile application development and architecture experiencePreferred Qualifications:
