We’re expanding our Low Carbon Energy Products Team so we're looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader who will be responsible for inspiring and managing a frontline sales team bringing low-carbon solutions, like Heat Pumps and Solar Panels, to households across the country.
As a Sales Team Leader your team will be the face and the voice of Octopus Energy Services, working directly with customers and guiding them on their journey to adopting low-carbon solutions in their homes. You’ll focus on coaching, team development, driving performance, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences every step of the way.

Proven Leadership Experience: Demonstrable experience and success managing and motivating a B2C internal (phone based) team is a mustCustomer-Centric Mindset: A strong focus on the customer with a genuine passion for delivering above-and-beyond experiences for customersPerformance Management Expertise: Strong background in team development, performance tracking, and continuous improvementSales Savvy: Experience in consultative sales within a B2C environment and a knack for building robust sales pipelinesAdaptability: A start-up mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving business environmentTechnical Curiosity: Eagerness to understand our low-carbon products and guide customers in adopting sustainable energy solutions (a background in Heat Pumps would be ideal, but not essential)Passion For Sustainability: Genuine enthusiasm for decarbonisation and energy technologyOffice-Based: Willing and able to work from the office five days per week
