The Sales & Retail Performance Manager will play a critical role in supporting Lucid Motors' overall European Retail Sales & Retail performance objectives. This position requires a strong understanding of operational processes, data analysis, project management, and cross-functional collaboration. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying operational inefficiencies, developing improvement strategies, and implementing solutions to enhance overall business performance.

The Role:
Work alongside the European Director Retail to provide direction, management and execution on key sales programs and objectives to retail teamsServing as a contact person for Retail across multiple functions and business teams, helping to translate high-level strategy into clear, executable goals to solve problems, remove roadblocks, and mitigate riskContinuously improve the customer experience and local customer journey by working closely with the HQ marketing and sales departmentTracking customer satisfaction levels on all elements of the customer journey and build action plans on how to keep improvingOrganize and overview European-wide sales activities, performing all relevant actions to support a fast-paced, fast-growing environmentManage and drive multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional partners Develop and implement analytics and measurement criteria to establish increase the efficiency of retail teamsAnalyze data and draw insights which will form the core strategy for Retail sales in Europedentify areas of improvement within retail and sales process and procedure and take the lead cross-functionally to improve efficiency and customer experience. Align and optimize sales procedures across current and new studios to achieve consistency across all European studios and retail activities.Take ownership of various retail projects and ongoing operational support during and after new studios handover across EuropeRequest to and support the cross-functional teams with the implementation and realization of the seamless integrated new sales process and tools such as Lucid Financial Services through hand-on approach across the different locations with a focus on commercial effectiveness and sales successParticipate in cross-functional meetings to influence local market operational needs/requirements of upcoming locationsRequirements:
Bachelor' degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field. MBA preferred5-10 years of experience in retail, sales operations, project management, leadership preferably in Automotive retail and/or wholesaleProven experience in business operations, performance management, and project management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Track record of success in developing relationships with internal & external stakeholders, working collaboratively, and leveraging influence to drive initiatives
Proficient in using data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, and MS Office, Smartsheet, Lucid chart, Confluence, SalesForce and Tableau)Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.Independent thinker, self-starter, goal-oriented, hands-on and team player who is able execute at a high level in fast-paced environmentsKnowledge of electric vehicle industry trends and best practices is a plus.
