What You Will Be Doing

  •       Sales team funnels are organized, well documented and accurate
  •       Availability of product is well documented and easy accessible at the necessary granularity levels
  •      Planning cycle (weekly) is prepared (all data timely and accurately available and systems populated)
  •      A new overview/process of order/supply linearity is created and maintained. Purpose is to drive linearity by focusing on data availability (stage progression of       mature leads, availability, last contact etc etc).
  •      Drive the allocation process if and when applicable together with Finance and sales leadership (and of course ops/SCM).
  • Manage the forecast, bookings, and billings goals for the regional sales team
  • Attend weekly meetings to review results, identify opportunities and risks, and recommend action to drive the business and meet financial targets
  • Analyze pipeline, identify gaps and issues and ensure follow up
  • Support with transitioning products to new versions
  • Drive linearity of shipping’s together with sales leadership
  • Review and manage orders with non-standard terms to ship within quarterly targets
  •  Partner closely with Sales, Finance and Supply Chain to ensure supply levels are met
  • Coordinate with sales teams to manage deal reviews and approvals to ship
  • Review open backlog orders and communicate any delivery or availability issues to stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvements in the sales forecasting process including data quality improvements
  • Collaborate with operations and product teams to understand new product introductions and impact
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPI) to improve results and enhance efficiency
  • Proactive data analysis, data insights and reporting to leadership on weekly basis

Requirements

  •             Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field;
  •             5+ years of analytical experience
  •             Proven track record of insightful analytics for a global sales organization experiencing high growth
  •             Analytical data driven mindset; problem solver at ease operating in a fast-paced environment; strong process orientation
  •             Ability to manage through ambiguity and develop solutions
  •             Demonstrated ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders to meet business objectives
  •             Good working knowledge of salesforce.comand Netsuite ERP
  •             Advanced analytical skills
  •             Advanced Microsoft excel skills
  •             Experience with PLM, BOM (bill of materials) and change management maintenance
  •             General understanding of accounting principles
