The role

Every day at ecoligo we work to fight the climate crisis, bringing solar energy to businesses in countries like Vietnam, Ghana, Kenya, Philippines, Chile, Panama and Costa Rica amongst others through the ecoligo Impact-Investing platform. We own and manage each energy project allowing us to deliver both environmental and economic returns. Our Impact-Investors earn a solid financial return, and our solar clients get an energy provider that is fairer, more affordable and more efficient. So far, ecoligo projects have prevented—or will prevent—over 1,785,000 tonnes of carbon dioxide from entering our atmosphere. And we are just getting started!

In this role you will

Our ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing multiple tasks and coordinating project-related information in a fast-paced environment. You ideally come from the renewable energy, or a related technical industry and are comfortable working across teams to support project development and commercial activities. You combine strong organizational skills with attention to detail and are able to manage documentation, proposals, and project information efficiently. At the same time, you are proactive, eager to learn, and motivated to contribute to projects that accelerate the energy transition.

Objectives

  • Support the Business Development team in collecting project information and preparing commercial proposals for rooftop solar projects.
  • Assist in drafting and preparing contractual documentation including Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and project-related contracts.
  • Maintain and update project leads, opportunities, and project information in the company’s CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, finance, legal, operations) to consolidate project information.
  • Prepare presentations and project documentation for Senior Business Development Managers when working on strategic projects.
  • Support the preparation of client meetings, project proposals, and commercial presentations.
  • Conduct research on energy policies, regulatory updates, and market developments in Vietnam under the guidance of the team
  • Assist in tracking project pipelines and supporting internal reporting on business development activities.
  • Organize the sale event
  • Prepare marketing materials

Your skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales administration, marketing support, project coordination, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills with high attention to detail.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining project databases.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for preparing proposals and project documentation.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams and manage several tasks simultaneously.
  • Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
  • Interest in renewable energy and willingness to learn about electricity policies and market regulations.
