The Sales Coordinator will actively contribute to our mission by ensuring efficient and smooth day-to-day sales operations. They will work closely with the Product, Sales, and Prototype team to coordinate the logistics of Cruz Foam’s customer sample program. This includes; inventory management, maintaining and updating sales and product workflows, sample assembly, shipping out samples, and occasional prototype creation. In addition, you will be responsible for the top of our sales funnel, reviewing, qualifying and setting up initial sales meetings with the sales team.

Manage top of the funnel by qualifying inbound leads, scheduling meetings, creating meeting agendas, and taking notes during meetingsUpdate and maintain tracking and reporting in HubspotCoordinate customer sample program and sample communication Responsible for preparing, shipping, and documenting Cruz Foam Samples and prototype samples Manage UPS, USPS, DHL and Fedex accountsCoordinate most cost-effective means to ship freight within expected requirementsEnsure schedules and details of given tasks are well organized and communicatedMonitor the daily progress of projects and prototype projects Document detailed updates and communicate with various departments to streamline efficiency Order necessary office supplies and stock kitchenManage shipping and material supplies, including foam inventoryMay occasionally assist with prototype/customer sample creation and one-off datasheet management tasksAssist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do soWe are looking for people who have:
