We are currently seeking a Retail Order Operations Specialist to support the European Order Operations team based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. The Order Operations Team is responsible for the support of HQ, field sales, and delivery teams from reservation-, order-, throughout the delivery- and revenue recognition process. Defining, implementing, and executing efficient processes will be key to enable smooth order placement, management, and rapid deliveries while providing Lucid customers an exceptional luxury experience. 

The responsibilities for the Order Operations team are listed but not limited to ensure order placement, maintenance, data alignment across systems, overseeing the revenue recognition including invoice generation, collaborating on the actual delivery milestones and creating visibility via reports to internal stakeholders. These tasks will be performed in close collaboration cross-functionally with Inside Sales, Enterprise Sales, Accounting, Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics and Delivery
