The Regional Retail Manager of Benelux will have the primary responsibility to support the Lucid Studios in their region to ensure sales targets are achieved while at the same time delivering the Lucid brand and ownership experience within your range.

They will be naturally organized with strong leadership skills and a focus on efficient and effective operations management.  The Regional Manager must be agile and driven with an inclination for coordinating and developing all studio managers to consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences, amazing mentorship, and training to their studio teams.
They will provide organization, support, and counsel to all members of their team to ensure a seamless experience for all guests and members of the Lucid community.

Role:

  • Manage all operations of Lucid’s newly expanding retail organization in the BENELUX region taking responsibility for profit, revenue, and meeting sales targets
  • Recruit, train and manage Sales, Marketing & Support employees including Studio Managers based on HR/Lucid requirements
  • Conduct ongoing research to stay at the forefront of the evolution of retail
  • Develop a regional sales team with cooperative and collaborative communication between Leadership and Marketing teams; develops self-reliant marketing ideas to promote sales success in BENELUX 
  • Collaborate with leadership to mobilize all appropriate strategies to effectively introduce the Lucid brand in the BENELUX region
  • Synthesize monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on progress and development with the ability to create strategic and actionable presentations; ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets
  • Create strong partnerships with cross-functional teams across the brand and develop new leads to expand existing demand   
  • Adapt the business model to be culturally relevant based on the Lucid brand guidelines
  • Provide leadership and direction to each Studio Manager based on the implementation of business plans and strategies in order to maximize customer satisfaction, productivity, and profitability 
  • Be Lucid's first regional brand ambassador and interact with stakeholders, local press, and the e-mobility community in the Netherlands. Represent the Lucid brand as a speaker at key events
  • Lead and support Lucid’s rollout across other BENELUX markets

  • Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree, MBA, strongly preferred. 
  • 8 years or more experience in sales management.  
  • Significant experience in the luxury, technology or automotive/e-Mobility sector. Proven success in early-stage companies strongly preferred 
  • Fluent in the language of the country – any additional language is a plus!
  • Exceptionally organized with excellent verbal and written skills and the ability to influence business partners at all levels of the business 
  • Proven ability to plan and work independently while balancing shifting priorities and delivering on performance expectations and leading multiple sales teams
  • Excellent decision-making ability.  
  • Servant Leader that relies on effective communication to inspire and motivate execution of all sales initiatives at the field level.  
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; will require weekends, evenings, and holidays 
  • Ability to travel (approximately 50% or more)
  • Proficient computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and software programs. 
  • Operate office equipment and technology (i.e., computers, phones, copiers, etc.)
  • Operate vehicles as needed.
