Supports Retail Operations by managing day-to-day Maintenance needs for our Studio and Service Centers throughout a region. Maintenance processes include vendor management/relations, workorder management, service level validation to ensure vendors are meeting Lucid Motors standards, while participating in pre and post project inspections as needed.

The Role:
Prioritizes work order requests via CMMS to Service Contractors; Overseeing special projects within a region to ensuring work is performed at a high level of skill and with optimal customer serviceEstablishes and maintains key business relationships with a diverse network of vendors around the region. Directly handles all vendor-related functions, including invoice audit and approvals, Site Inspections Provides support to cross-functional departments in various on-going projects throughout assigned regions.Conducts facility assessments ensuring optimal functionality of all building components and mechanical assets. Directly handles vendor-related functions, including ongoing communication, invoice/proposal review, and approvals.Ensures that general safety, fire prevention regulations and safe working habits are promoted throughout the store locations.Sets and maintains a professional work environment with staff and ensures that high standards of customer service and commitments established by Lucid Motors are being met.Maintains knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines/regulations for facility services as necessary.Assists in facility related tasks/functions as assigned by Manager. Travel up to 50%.This is a remote position covering the Central US and Canada and can be based in any major metropolitan city in the Central United States, with preferred locations being: Chicago, Houston, Dallas or Denver.Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of facility management in a multi-unit, retail environment or related field. Experience in or working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical.Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in an extremely fast-paced and changing environment.Knowledge of Local, State and Federal regulatory agencies and requirements. Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point in a professional capacity. Well organized with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to influence and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. Ability to prioritize and execute work among competing priorities. Preferred:
BS in Facility Management or related discipline.Networked into national service providers.Strong understanding of international vendor requirements.Experience in high end retail or electric vehicle industry is a plus.Working Knowledge of Service Channel.
