Job Overview

Harbinger Motors, a dynamic startup revolutionizing the automotive industry, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our recruiting efforts by managing various coordination tasks in a fast-paced environment. From posting jobs online to handling immigration tasks, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Posting and Auditing:

Post job openings on relevant online platforms and monitor their performance.
Audit internal systems to ensure accuracy and completeness of job postings and candidate data.

Interview Coordination:

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Communicate interview details and logistics to all parties involved.
Arrange candidate tours and facilitate a smooth interview process.

Immigration Support:

Assist with immigration tasks for international candidates, including visa processing and documentation.
Liaise with legal counsel and government agencies as needed to facilitate immigration procedures.

Event Support:

Provide minor support for various recruiting events, such as job fairs, career workshops, and networking events.
Assist in organizing event logistics, coordinating materials, and greeting attendees.

Candidate Experience:

Ensure a positive candidate experience by promptly responding to inquiries and providing necessary assistance throughout the recruitment process.
Act as a point of contact for candidates, addressing questions and concerns professionally and courteously.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Prior experience in recruiting coordination or administrative support, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Familiarity with immigration processes and regulations is a plus.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

California Pay Range

$25—$35 USD
